Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Telehealth Services

GLPFlo provides an online telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed healthcare providers for GLP-1 and peptide therapy consultations. All prescriptions are written by licensed, board-certified providers and dispensed by licensed pharmacies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and located in a state where our providers are licensed to practice. You must provide accurate and complete medical information during the intake process.

3. Prescriptions & Medications

A new prescription is required for each medication order. Prescriptions are subject to provider review and approval. GLPFlo reserves the right to deny service if a provider determines treatment is not appropriate.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & the $25 Consultation Fee

Plain English summary: Your monthly price includes a $25 provider consultation. If you cancel before your order has shipped from the pharmacy and we can stop it in time, we refund your payment minus the $25 consultation fee (because the provider review has already happened). If your prescriber denies your order entirely on medical grounds, you receive a full refund — no $25 retained. Once your order has left the pharmacy, all sales are final — see section 4(b).

4(a) Pre-ship cancellation refund. If you contact GLPFlo to cancel an order before the pharmacy has shipped it and we are able to stop the shipment in time, you will receive a refund of your original payment minus a flat $25 consultation fee. This $25 covers the licensed provider's review of your medical questionnaire, which has already taken place. Reaching us sooner gives the best chance of a pre-ship cancel — most orders ship within 24–72 hours of provider approval.

4(b) Once shipped — all sales are final. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Because GLPFlo dispenses compounded medications custom-prepared for each individual patient, once your order has shipped we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. This includes change of mind, medication side effects, dosing changes, or product substitutions made by your prescriber. Subscription plans may be paused or cancelled at any time from your patient dashboard, but cancellation does not refund or credit prior shipped charges.

4(c) Strength-change consultation fee. If your prescriber recommends a different strength than what you originally requested and you decline the change, we refund your payment minus the same $25 consultation fee (provider review has already taken place).

4(d) Provider denial of the order — full refund. If your prescriber reviews your medical questionnaire and denies the order outright (for example, treatment is not clinically appropriate based on the information you provided), you will receive a full refund of your original payment with no $25 consultation fee retained. Provider denials of the order itself are not subject to the consultation-fee deduction. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days.

4(e) Patient request outside starting-dose guidelines. If you specifically request a dose above the safe starting strength while not meeting our clinical criteria to begin at that higher dose (e.g. no prior GLP-1 history within the last 2 weeks at that strength or higher), and your prescriber denies that requested strength, the $25 consultation fee is retained from your refund. You will be warned with a clearly-checked acknowledgement at the time of order, and may avoid this by accepting the safe starter dose instead.

5. Shipping & Address Accuracy — Patient Responsibility

Please double-check your address before checkout. The single most common cause of a missed package is a typo in the patient's address — a missing apartment number, wrong ZIP, or an old address that auto-filled from your browser. Once your order ships, we can't redirect it. An incorrect address is not a reason for a refund.

Medications are shipped to the address on file at the time the order is placed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including unit / suite / apartment numbers, gate codes, and any required delivery instructions. GLPFlo and our pharmacy partners are not liable for packages that are misdelivered, lost, returned, or destroyed as a result of an incorrect, incomplete, or out-of-date address provided by the patient. Any reshipment necessitated by a patient address error will be billed to the patient at full cost (medication + shipping) and is subject to the no-refund policy in Section 4(b). You may update your address at any time from your patient profile, but updates do not retroactively redirect orders already placed.

6. Cold-Chain Shipping & Temperature Stability

Compounded GLP-1 vials ship in insulated packaging with cold-chain ice packs. Upon arrival, ice packs may be partially or fully thawed and the vial itself may feel warm to the touch. This is normal and does not compromise the integrity, potency, or safety of the medication.

Our independent stability study confirms that GLPFlo-dispensed compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide remain chemically stable and clinically viable after temperature excursions consistent with standard ground shipping (up to 7 days at temperatures observed in real-world transport conditions). You may review the full study and its methodology here: View the shipping stability study . Because of this stability data, warm-on-arrival packages are not eligible for refund or replacement (see Section 4(b)). If your vial is visibly damaged (broken seal, cracked glass, leakage, or visible particulate matter), contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no charge.

7. Acknowledgement at Checkout

By checking the box at checkout you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full — including, specifically: the refund & $25 consultation-fee policy (Section 4), patient responsibility for shipping address accuracy (Section 5), and the cold-chain stability disclosure (Section 6).
